Over the past 5 years we have seen a huge increase in the requests for vegetarian options for corporate and event catering. Currently, over 2.5 million Australians are eating a vegetarian diet, up from 1.7 million in 2016. With more and more people opting for a meat free diet we have had some fun in the kitchen creating our favourite vegetarian canapes.
We include these creations in our menu to not only create an exceptional food experience for our vegetarian guests but also to provide an overall flavoursome and cohesive menu.
When preparing menus for our clients we always like to include at least 2 vegetarian options that tie in nicely with our other menu items.
